Where is your store located and what are your hours?
Our store is located at 476 Erlanger Rd, Suite C, Erlanger, KY 41018 — right in the Erlanger shopping district, just minutes from Cincinnati. We're open 7 days a week: Monday–Thursday 10am - 7pm, Friday–Saturday 10am - 10pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm. Walk-ins are always welcome!
Do I need a reservation to visit your store?
Walk-ins are welcome anytime during our business hours! However, if you're planning a party or have a larger group, we recommend making a reservation to ensure availability and the best experience.
What's the difference between visiting your store and booking a mobile event?
Our Erlanger store features an expanded construction pit with more equipment and activities, plus a dedicated 4x4 crawler zone designed by Mountain Blox where you can bring your own 1/18th–1/24th scale crawler or use ours. Our mobile service brings a custom sand pit and RC fleet directly to your location for private events.
What areas do you serve for mobile events?
We serve Erlanger, Florence, Hebron, Burlington, Union, Covington, Newport, and Cincinnati, OH — covering most of Northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific location.
Do I need experience to operate the RC construction equipment?
Not at all! Our trained staff provides hands-on instruction, and our controls are intuitive for all ages and skill levels. We'll show you how to operate our RC excavators, cranes, dump trucks, loaders, and rock crawlers so you can have fun and stay safe right from the start.
How far in advance should I book a mobile event or party?
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for small, private events. If you're planning a large corporate event or scheduling during our busy summer season, we request four to six weeks' notice. Weekend availability fills up quickly, so reach out as soon as possible!
What payment methods do you accept?
