RC Activities for Schools, Churches and Scout Groups
Published by Can U Dig It RC
Group activities work best when kids are engaged enough that nobody has to keep reminding them to participate.
RC construction and rock crawling naturally do that. There is always something to control, figure out, or try again.
Hands-On From the Start
There is no long explanation before the fun begins. An excavator gives immediate feedback. A crawler obstacle presents a problem right in front of you. Kids learn the controls by trying, adjusting, and seeing what happens.
Everyone Can Go at Their Own Pace
Some kids pick up the controls almost immediately. Others need a little more time. Because each person operates their own machine while still being part of the group, everyone can participate without feeling rushed or holding anyone else back.
Built-In Challenges
It is easy to turn the experience into simple challenges. Move a pile of dirt. Load a dump truck. Navigate a crawler gate. Complete a course with the fewest mistakes.
These little goals keep the experience interesting while encouraging planning, patience, and problem solving.
